History

According to the Decision of the Minister of Education and Training. Department of Physics was established in 1995 with the combination of : 

•  Division of Physics of Da Nang University of Technology 
•  Division of Physics of Teachers College
• Division of Physics of College of Technology 

* In 2000-2005

Falcuty of Physics at this stage has 18 cadres.
In terms of material facilities, the Falcuty of Physics has two general laboratories A and B located at DUT, two laboratories located at the UED, including a general laboratory and an electronic laboratory to serve teaching work for UED students and DUT students.
At this stage, the Faculty of Physics trains students in the Teachers Physics and teaches to students of the member schools of the University of Danang.

* In 2005 -2010 :

Faculty of Physics at this stage has 21 cadres.
In terms of material facilities, the Faculty of Physics has two general laboratories A and B located at DUT, 4 laboratories located at the UED, including a general laboratory, an electronic laboratory, a teching method lab, a specialized lab to serve teaching work for UED students and DUT students.
In 2008, FOP organized the training of Bachelor of Physics.

Faculty of Physics at this stage has 27 full-time staff.
In terms of facilities, the Physics Department has two general laboratories A and B located at DUT, 10 laboratories located at the UED, including 1 seminar room, 3 general laboratories, 1 electroniclaboratory ,three laboratory methods and two specialized laboratories for students in DUT and UED. 

* In 2015 to now

Faculty of Physics at this stage has 28 full-time staff.
Include : 2 Associate Professors, 9 PhDs , 5 PhD Students , 9 masters, 2 bachelors and engineers. 
At present, each year, Falcuty of Physics  educates more than 400 students in Teacher Physics and Bachelor of Physics.
